Welcome to AIS Early Learning Centre
At AIS ELC, nurturing children from 45 days to 5 years old in a caring and stimulating environment designed for early growth and development. We are dedicated to offering a holistic and meaningful learning experience, grounded in the Australian Early Years Learning Framework. We believe children have agency in their own journey towards life-long learning. Through exploration, collaboration, and problem-solving, children actively shape the curriculum. Our ELC employs Australian-qualified teachers, each holding specialized degrees in early childhood education. They provide expert support and thoughtful guidance, nurturing every child’s learning and development during these critical early years.
Children will be placed into the appropriate group based on their age before or on 31 August of the starting academic year.
Development-Based Grouping

Age Guide (flexible based on development)
• Infants – ~45 days to 1 year old
• Young Toddlers – ~1 to 2 years old
• Older Toddlers – ~2 to 3 years old
• PreKG – ~3 to 4 years old
• KG1 – ~4 to 5 years old
Nursery Learning Groups

• Infants – A calm, caring space where our youngest learners are supported to explore the world through sensory play, movement, and one-on-one nurturing interactions.
• Young Toddlers – A space for curious toddlers, full of opportunities for hands-on discovery, early language, and developing independence within a safe and social setting.
• Older Toddlers – Vibrant and engaging, this space supports the growing confidence of older toddlers through play-based learning, creative expression, and early routines that prepare them for the next stage.
